This morning I saw one of those deals that looks too good to be true. So I did some research and found out it was legitimate and I proceeded to take advantage of the hot deal. Well as I hit the check out screen I decided to see if the site I was making my purchase at had any available rebates and sure enough it did. So now I'm going to share with you how I will make money off this in the end and get to try two new products!
SkinCareRx currently has an offer where you can send a $20 eGift Card to up to 5 friends. There is no minimum purchase, limit one per customer, per household. Offer cannot be combined with other offers and is not valid on all brands. So I signed up myself and 4 friends and not long after I received an email with instructions on how to receive my $20 eGift Card. I followed the instructions, very quick and painless, took a whole 30 seconds. Not long after that I received a second email from SkinCareRx with my $20 eGift Card code.
I then pulled up SkinCareRx and the their two partner sites Apothica and SkinBotanica to see if they had anything I had interest in. There were several items that intrigued me but I decided to go with two Jane Iredale products since there is currently a free shipping offer on them. I choose two lip treatment products for a combined total of $20.10. I then checked Ebates and noticed they offer 10% cashback so I activated my link and proceeded to checkout. I entered my gift code and paid the balance via Paypal. So for an intial $.10 investment I will get a 10% return in my Ebates account on the purchase amount of $20.10. I received my order confirmation and while I was typing this up received a backorder notice. For $.10 I think I can wait a little longer to try out the two products I purchased. Pretty hot deal in my opinion as long as it is not taken advantage of and cancelled.
Now a quick review on how you too can take advantage of this deal.
1.) Go here and request/send $20 e-Gift Card from SkinCareRx.
2.) Check your email and follow the process to receive your code.
3.) Wait for another email, this one will contain your e-Gift Card code.
4.) Go to either Ebates for 10% cashback or Mr. Rebates for 12% cashback and search for SkinCareRx.
5.) Search SkinCareRx or one of their partner sites and find a product(s) to purchase.
6.) Login to your account and checkout, don't forget to copy and paste your gift code.
7.) Complete the checkout process and wait for your product(s) and cashback to process.
*Free Shipping offers are on Jane Iredale, M2 Skin Care and MD Skincare products. There were no limits for free shipping when I checked out however I just checked and Free Shipping is now only offered on Jane Iredale purchases of $30 or greater.
**Reminder if you are new to Mr. Rebates or Ebates you can receive a signup bonus. So even though Mr. Rebates has a higher percent for cashback if you don't have an Ebates account sign up there so you can receive the signup bonus making it a better deal in the end. There is also a signup bonus for Mr. Rebates as well, so just weigh the benefits of which is a better deal for you prior to checking out.
